How do I order and track my order?
If you find something on our Website that you wouldlike to order, please email or call us or check us out on Facebook, we will then take all your information and once payment is processed we will send out your purchase within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with yor shipping details and the tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
We offer ground shipping on orders. We will send all orders though Canada Post. You will have the option of Priority, Xpresspost or Regular Parcel. Please note that we will not ship to PO Boxes. We will not ship on all Statutory Holidays in Canada. If you are ordering and live in the Edmonton area, you can arrange for pick up at a convenient location for both parties.
How do I return an item?
All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving. Since many of our items are a only one category (only one in the collection) for now we will exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lesser value or issue a online store credit.
How can I contact your couriers?
You can contact Canada Post through their website at: Canadapost.ca. Give them your tracking number and then will gladly assist you. We will also put Insurance with all parcels being delivered inside or out of Canada.
Do you provide International delivery?
We will ship Internationally once payment has been processed. We will ship through Canada Post and the same process will apply here as well.
What is your returns policy?
All returns must be received with fourteen days of receiving. Because many of Style Factory Boutique's items are One of One, we can either give you another item of equal or lesser value or we will issue an online store credit.
